Horrible
I was very un-happy with the quality of the hotel room. The bed was rock hard and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The staff wasn't very friendly. I wouldn't stay here...

The rooms are very smelly! I requested a non-smoking room. They put me in a "non-smoking" room on the smoking only floor (11th). Then put me in a smelly SMELLY drab room on the 3rd floor (stay away from that floor. Finally I got a decent smoke free...

Excellent
We booked a last minute trip for our honeymoon and thought it was excellent value. Everything was within walking distance and it was very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon wonderful.
