Horrible
The staff of was very friendly.The elevators and the toilet did not work properly. I thought that I was going to a nice hotel and it turned to be a disgusting dump. I had no choice to stay there because I had already paid for the room. What a waste...
64 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The service in the restaurant was terrible. We were at a convention and there were not enough personnel to handle the crowd. Also, the hours the restaurant was open were not long enough, and the bar never opened on a Saturday night.
