Excellent
The decor was beautiful! The decor, both in the common areas and in our room, was modern and lovely. The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant--quite possibly the most friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. The bed was so comfortable I was...
They advertise a heated pool that was never hot, then they gave us an excuse but never fixed it. The pool towels are covered in pollen. The hot tub water very dirty looked like had never been cleaned. The air conditioning did not work. The keys kept messing up so we were locked out of room several times.
Their rude front desk staff was more interested in social life than helping customers. The vending machines did not work on our floor so we had to go to another floor. They charged a friend of mine for 3 nights after she had already paid on line then said she would have to wait 72 hours after $450.00 came out of her checking account all this and only 18 months old.
