The convenience of location to downtown area.Nothing. The hotel was absolutely beautiful! The staff was friendly and the service exceptional. Should I find myself returning to Charleston, I would definitely stay here again.

The best thing about the hotel is that is it ocean front and has a balcony.The outside door had a big gap and let in a ton of cold air. I like this hotel and have stayed there previously. I hope to stay again someday. The beds are very comfortable....

Location.Room could have been cleaner. The only hotel on folly beach, and I mean "on the beach". All rooms with an ocean view. Very nice, would stay again.

Excellent location and beautifully decorated and cared for.The staff manning the check-in was not friendly or professional. Excellent place to stay during a visit to the Charleston area. Great location and beautiful well-maintained facilities.

Convenient to the local Charleston area.Parking and traffic was difficult at best. The staff at the mills hotel was very good and the room was very nice. We were pleased overall. Again parking was difficult at best.
