31 year old with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

I've stayed here in the past, and it wasn't great. The new owners are improving everything, however, and it's so much more comfortable than it was before. The only reason I came back was because it was sold out everywhere else.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Capitol East.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
