The front desk staff here is just about the worst i've encountered lately. Attitudinal, argumentative and unhelpful. Utterly abysmal. Wrote to the gm twice: so far no response at all. This is a disgrace for $150+/night.

Pool on top of 15+ story bldg.. Grandsons had fun swimming and watching rabbits in a garden on the grassy part.. Had a lifeguard at all times. Thank goodness.
