I liked the proximity to downtown Burbank, it is a nice downtown and safe.Bit dated. Good location, I felt safe, and it was close to the NBC Studio where we were visiting.

Location.The hotel is old/tired and in dire need of a makeover. Staff was less than efficient, called front desk three times to get phone switched on and didn't happen. Hotel has seen better days, is old and tired. Not a 3 star in my book.

Location was very good. Free parking also very good.Its old, run down, loud. The hotel needs to be renovated. The rooms are run down, the mattresses are old/hard, the bathrooms show the years of use. Walls are thin.
