The desk receptionist was busy with other guests but politely acknowledged me waiting. He also made consistent eye contact and spoke with sincerity.

The hotel had secure parking and was well lighted and was not uncomfortable walking at night.

They treated me as a real person rather than a customer.

I couldn't get the air conditioning system to work properly. It had a ten-minute time lapse you were supposed to wait, but couldn't afford the time to do this. It wasn't an easy system to work like in most hotels.

Clerk checked me into the wrong room for the first night. Room wasn't locked when arrived, had lots of 'wrong number' phone calls, returned from dinner and maid was taking a break in my room, another maid walked in while was changing.

They are awesome but you must book ahead during the summer cause they do get full really fast and they have a place where you can store your stuff in this small little locker in the room, well the one I stayed in did. I really liked staying there.
