Holiday Inn Buffalo Hamburg Hotel

The hotel needs an upgrade. I found several fire doors held open with wood wedges. This would prevent their closing in the event the fire alarm is activated.

I really liked the pool, and the room was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was excellent. I did not experience any problems.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The beds were comfortable. We were pretty much left alone but the desk staff provided items that we requested. There was no excess noise, but no one asked the children we were traveling with to be quiet.

I liked the convenience and the helpfulness of the employees.

The hotel was close to where I had to go. I have stayed here before.
