Holiday Inn Buffalo Downtown Hotel

I have stayed there only when I cannot get in a hotel within my price range elsewhere. The place is in need of a renovation.

Last time I was there, there were a few hairs in the sink, and the shower was barely lukewarm which could not be corrected within a reasonable time. Hampton Suites further downtown is much better as is the Best Western a few blocks away.

The staff is pleasant enough, but a dump is a dump. I have seen the place decline over 20 years.

The staff was great and very accommodating. The shuttle service staff was professional, courteous and they went out of their way to be more than accommodating. I was very pleased.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was good value for the money and a short term stay.

It was easy to get to, near my meeting location, very good value and the shuttle service was very convenient.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The front desk suggested excellent restaurant for our desired cuisine. We were given easy direction to the restaurant. We were given extra pillows when asked for them.

I did not like that in the bathroom there was only a shower and no bathtub.

This is a nice and very efficiently run hotel.
