The Holiday Inn Buena Park Hotel and Conference Center has recently completed a multimillion dollar renovation and offers good value and quality accomodation. With a delightful restaurant, a cozy cocktail lounge and the area's largest outdoor heated pool and whirlpool, this hotel makes an ideal base for exploring the area's attractions. The pool area is nicely landscaped, away from street noise, and the water is kept at a consistently temperature. The exercise room is well equipped and in perfect working order with a water cooler and towels. You could walk to Knott's Berry Farm (20 minutes if you were slow) and is to be recommended as an alternative to driving, because it can take forever to park when you get there. Ventanas Restaurant and Marbles Lounge serve appetising food and drink at surprisingly reasonable prices. Without the usual high price tag, it's much easier to relax and enjoy a cocktail in the hotel bar! The lobby features a Baby Grand piano and a glittering fireplace and is as impressive the high quality of hospitality and service on offer at the hotel. The bus service to the park runs regularly and on time, and the staff are friendly and courteous. There's a store in the lobby for drinks and caters to all your needs, and again, it's thankfully reasonably priced.
