The only things I didn't like were the too soft bed and that both sides of the bed didn't have their own light. I very much liked the handicapped bathroom; it was well thought out for ease of use by a disabled person such as me.

Some of the buttons on the TV remote did not work. And the refrigerator did not work either. It was unplugged and when we plugged it in, it made a horribly loud noise. When we informed the desk, they told us to just unplug it. They did not offer to do anything else. Also, the restaurant was just okay. The food was pretty bland and hardly anyone ate there the couple of times that I was there and I was there at peak hours.

This hotel made me feel secure: The guest services were very nice, and when we did ask for anything they were right there in the room to assist or to get what we wanted. I would stay there again.
