Holiday Inn Bozeman Hotel

I loved the spacious room. The customer service was excellent. The room was very quiet.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The Holiday Inn hotel was very tech savvy and it had computers we could look information up.

They were very helpful and easy to work with for the accommodations for a person with disabilities.

Overall experience was excellent. The TV remote power button didn't work. Everything else was better than the last time I stayed there two years ago.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff called me by name. All requests were filled promptly and accurately.

Some of the buttons on the TV remote did not work. And the refrigerator did not work either. It was unplugged and when we plugged it in, it made a horribly loud noise. When we informed the desk, they told us to just unplug it. They did not offer to do anything else. Also, the restaurant was just okay. The food was pretty bland and hardly anyone ate there the couple of times that I was there and I was there at peak hours.

The motel room and facilities were used for a high school reunion. There was excellent assistance from all staff. It was a very enjoyable stay.

This hotel made me feel welcome: There was wonderful support and planning by the events personnel and catering personnel.
