The hotel is in a good location for shopping and restaurants. It's a good value for location in Boynton Beach.

I was very impressed. The hotel met and exceeded all expectations. It had friendly service and clean rooms.

We stayed there during the hurricane time. Because there was no electricity at home, my wife and I stayed there just for one night.

I forgot an item in the room at check out they shipped it to my home the following week. That was very thoughtful of them.

1. There was a problem with the toilet and I eventually had to move to another room. 2. I recently realized that I had been double billed. I emailed Holiday Inn almost a week ago and have yet to receive a reply.

Holiday Inn has a reputation of being clean, which is extremely important to me. Most Holiday Inns do not allow pets, which pleases me since I have allergies and cannot cope with staying in a room that has had an animal occupy it.

This hotel made me feel content: The front desk employees were extremely friendly, and the manager on duty escorted me to my suite to make certain everything was to my liking.

The only problem was that there was something wrong with the toilet, which maintenance did not fix properly. We requested to move to another room when we realized that the toilet still did not flush and were given another room without question.
