My parents visit the casinos often and I have been myself twice, both times staying at this hotel. It does what it is supposed to. The staff was always friendly, we always had clean sheets and towels. When we check in and out, it is quick and easy. No problems with anything!

I DONT REALLY HAVE MUCH TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE HOLIDAY INN BUT I JUST COULDNT GET THAT COMFORTABLE FEELING THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR . BUT IT WAS OKAY. I WOULD HAVE TO MAKE IT MY LAST TO CHOICES ON COMFORTABILITY IT I EVER DECIDED TO VISIT THERE AGAIN.

It was decent, but not as nice as some others and a bit older, but not run down.

Everything was ok. I appreciated the microwave, the TV and the high speed internet connection.

This is an average, older Holiday Inn, but it has been kept up to date. The major inconvenience is that many of the rooms face the inside courtyard and it can be a good distance from the parking lot to your room. However, if you get the rooms near the parking lot, it would be very close.

A microwave in the room would have been nice.

I enjoyed the stay. I could use local maps in lobby area. The bar was lively with reasonably priced drinks.

The first room we were in was a little dirty. The carpet had a stain that looked like blood. But the staff was friendly and the housekeeping was excellent.

This was some of the nicest folks I have ever encountered anywhere in a hotel. The shuttle driver that took us to casinos and picked us up was extremely friendly and helpful.

Dogs were barking in the adjacent room, and they were consistently barking for over 6 hours while the owners were away. I called and complained to the desk, who sent a security employee out to check. This person verified the noise, yet nothing was done to abate the noise until the owners returned. No apologies or explanation were offered as to why the pets were allowed.
