The only positive thing about this motel is the shuttle service and the great drivers. This motel is dirty, dirty, dirty. We wouldn't even use the chair in the room for the "stains". The plug ins were ccvered in dirt and they didn't even empty...

Coming to this hotel I had high expectations and I was very let down. We were not notified that the pool and hot tub would be out of order for three days (which for people with kids is terrible!) The floors were soaking wet by vending machines, the sauna knobs were broken, floors were poorly cleaned, and the arcade games took our money. We were very disappointed.

We chose this hotel because it had shuttle service to the airport. What we didn't like is that we were forgotten in the "confusion" and were left at the airport for over an hour after we called to let them know we were ready for the shuttle. If you offer a service it should be efficient or not at all. When we were finally picked up, the driver appeared to be genuinely sorry for the delay but the hotel shift manager stated "you were warm weren't you?" as if that made up for their confusion!

The location is conveniently located near the Mall Of America and other attractions, and it is easy to find. The staff is friendly and we enjoyed the stay.
It was a good price for the area and for the amenities.

The location was excellent. The hotel was not clean. There was lots of noise in the halls and adjoining rooms. The food and wine was really sub-standard in my opinion and I was not expecting gourmet.
I am not likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Blmgtn-Arpt (Mall Of America).
I would not recommend it to friends.
