when its hot, its hot!

35 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

hotel staff was very polite and friendly, but i would not recommend staying at this hotel during any extreme weather situation.. if the A/C has issues keeping up with 90 degree weather than it may very well have issues keeping the room warm in the winter... avoid this hotel if you have issues with a sauna-room!!

75 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The location was good as was the service. We had a very nice stay.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk staff was very friendly. They made us feel like we had been there before.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Blacksburg University.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

31 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

It was a beautifully kept hotel, both external and internal. The breakfast buffet left more to be desired. The housekeeping staff did not come by until late afternoon. We left and expected the room to be straightened and replenished before we came back after three o'clock in the afternoon.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Blacksburg University.
I might recommend it to friends.

We appreciated getting an early check in. The room had a sliding glass door opening to parking lot that we appreciated as I was on crutches. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Blacksburg University.
I might recommend it to friends.

55 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was very nice and much better than the last room when we stayed there. The hotel management went out of their way to provide a very nice stay since we had such a bad experience the month prior to this stay.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Blacksburg University.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
