It is under renovation. The hallways were dark and the ceilings were exposed to wiring and ductwork. Some of the outlets in the room would not hold a plug securely. The iron would not heat up. I had to switch it to another outlet. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was undergoing remodeling and the hallways had unfinished drywall. Some wiring was exposed and the hallways were a bit too dark for my comfort level. The rooms were average. When using the iron, I had difficulty finding an easily accessible outlet so I used the one for the coffee maker but the plug kept falling out of it.

First of all, the maid stole my cell phone. We have proof from the call logs, but of course, "We didn't see your phone, sir", was the lie they told us. There is renovation dust and rubble everywhere, nice new carpet in the rooms but they left the icky old tubs, so what's the use? The staff could care less about you. They were slow, unemotional, uneducated, when does-my-shift-end-kind-of-people. The location feels like one filled with riff-raff.
