It was a very nice place to stay. It's number one on my list of places to stay.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They were clean and very nice when we showed up.

My wife fell due to a serious hazard on their property. The manager promised a free week end in lieu of replacing her ruined shoes. I wrote to them and they will not respond. Management seems a little weak.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I was traveling with elderly parents - one in a wheelchair - and they made it easy and convenient for us to move around. This took a lot of stress off of me.
