Did not enjoy my experience...

37 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The front desk attendant gave no information about the hotel when we (a collegue and I) arrived, but was overheard giving a gentleman extended information about hotel amentities. The train located next to the hotel kept us up all night and the the housekeepers threw out my new bottle of body wash left in the bathroom while they were cleaning.

We didn't have any washcloths replaced so I called to the front desk and they promise to send some body wash and washcloths up immediately. It took 30 minutes to get washcloths and the housekeeper came up and said he couldn't find any body wash---I will not stay here again!!!!

I have stayed there a fair amount of time in the past to visit friends. Service is always reliable.
