It was an adequate stay for the trip I took but the staff could have been friendlier and more helpful.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Big Rapids.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The hotel was fine, and so was the maintenance staff. An older fellow was very quick to cover a suggestion on bath maintenance. He's a good guy.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Big Rapids.
I might recommend it to friends.

An extremely friendly staff which exceeded my needs. Bennigan's restaurant onsite is a real plus. A great casual restaurant.
