It was fine and it served its purpose. It was nothing spectacular, but I was not looking for that, either.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Belle Vernon.
I might recommend it to friends.

58 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

A leak under the bathroom sink, causing a slippery puddle, was called about but not taken care of. The old cigarette smell in the halls was not pleasant. But the food was good, the room was comfortable, I liked the pretty lobby and I had fun!

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Belle Vernon.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It's just okay. The décor is old and worn down. The housekeeping staff, on two occasions, was not customer service-oriented.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Belle Vernon.

The Belle Vernon hotel employees are really pleasurable.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I liked the dining room and the lounge atmosphere, and the overall friendliness of the hotel staff.
