I think it was a nice place to stay for a short time for a good rate and also the customer service was very good. I have no complaints.

This hotel made me feel content: It was quiet and peaceful place without loud music. It was a family place to relax.

The air conditioner did not work properly. We stayed there three nights and nothing was done to correct the problem.

I stayed at this Holiday Inn before a cruise and they shuttled us to the cruise port in San Diego, which is why we stayed there.

The elevator was broken for five days. There were Internet charges by the day, when it needs to be by hour. The night manager was incompetent on night of March 25/26 for check out. They changed the computer system which caused problems.

It was a very pleasurable experience. They provided a safe for our belongings while we were on a tour. As stated previously, they were attentive to my dad's needs as an Alzheimer's patient and the 'must have' of two adjoining rooms. I rarely travel.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They were attentive to the needs of my dad who has Alzheimer'. And we needed two rooms with a connecting door which they provided for us even though it was not in the area 'reserved' for the people attending the reunion we were attending. The staff was great;
