Horrible
This hotel is basically a trucker stop. Get use to the bed bugs, dirty rugs and stained pillows and thin walls. The only thing that's nice about the hotel are the people. The owner should be ashamed of deceiving its customers with the same...

The room was nice, but the free breakfast left much to be desired. The coffee and donuts table was not kept well stocked. The lunch buffet we contracted for was not what was expected or left open long enough.

This is the WORST Holiday Inn we have ever stayed at, and we stay at Holiday Inns a LOT, about 40 nights this year. We are Platinum members. The room was large, but the beds were very old, the phone jack was broke, we couldn't get internet even...
This is the best place in Batavia: clean, family friendly, it is what one would expect staying at a Holiday Inn. Other reviews must have been rare occurances, this hotel is very standard, and CLEAN. Right off I-90 so it is convienent.

It was convenient to the city. It was nicely updated and comfortable for an older hotel. It had a very nicely priced package for room and breakfast. The restaurant was very good. The parking lot was not well lit and it was a bit awkward getting from the room to the car. It is usually a fairly long walk and not convenient. It would be wise to have a portable luggage cart.
They provided a comfortable clean room with enough amenities to make the getaway a relaxing experience. They had no unnecessary frills, just enough to make it relaxing.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Batavia-Darien Lake Area.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
