This hotel made me feel respected: Seemed to remember my name every place I went in the hotel.
Priority club membership is worth very, very little.
Room location was horrible. It overlooked major construction across the street and the job site workers began their construction at 3 am. I feel that Holiday Inn should have warned us of that and moved us to a room on the back of the building.
I had phoned ahead to let them know that had a noon luncheon appointment and would like to check in early to change. The management thought there would be no problem. When arrived, the desk personnel said that it was not possible.
