Holiday Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor Hotel

the rooms were very clean, especially the bathroom---when we arrived, we asked for a non-smoking room--this room was on a non-smoking floor but the room reeked of cigarette smoke---the front desk sent someone up to the room and she graciously transferred us to a different room --the new room was much better and in a better (more quiet) location--the staff was very friendly and willing to solve problems--the beds and pillows were great and the noise level was not a problem----the parking was not included and was expensive ($21/night) and the hotel did not offer a free continental breakfast---the Inner Harbor is in walking distance---overall I would return to this hotel next time visiting the Inner Harbor in Baltimore

Noisy people until 2:00 am then extremely noisy ac unit that would not shut off. called front desk and all other rooms were occupied. sent security (not maintenance) and he said well looks like thats how it works. very bad hotel!

Parking was horrible. Everything else was fine.

Stay out of the West Wing of this Hotel! Then again, we don't know what the rest of the hotel looks like. We were given a smoking room after making reservations for a non-smoking room. Our room was in the West Wing. After a long walk through four doors, none of which are automatic, we arrived on the 10th floor. The room was dark even with the lights on. They must want to save electricity with low watt bulbs. The room was dirty and dingy. But the topper was the dirty condom on the sprinkler system. We complained and our answer was another room on the same floor, smoking. We only stayed one night and went across the street to the Marriott Inner Harbour. What a difference. Make your reservation at the Marriott. You won't be disappointed. Their hotel is all non smoking and we had a great time.

The hotel was adequate for business meetings. On arrival I had to change rooms as my non smoking room smelt of smoke. I was annoyed that the buffet breakfast was not ready for full service at seven o'clock in the morning.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was in a convenient location.
