The hotel has a great central location. The desk help was new and check in took longer than expected. The standard condo style suite is at the same price as places further off the beaten path. Breakfast was included but not worth it. I ate at nearby resta

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn At the Pavilion.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

They gave us the wrong rooms, the elevator was slow, the bar was good, and it was close to everything that is Myrtle Beach. Parking was the worse part, nobody told us that you could only bring one car, so we ended up parking 5 blocks away in their other lot. When we got the car on the last day, it had been broken into and they had stolen everything, including my VISORS! When the manager was confronted about it she was very RUDE, and wouldn't fill out an incident form until my lawyer was contacted! Everyone else who worked there seemed to be very nice and helpful, except for her! We have been going to Myrtle Beach since we were young and have never had such a bad experience!

I like the excellent location and the nice rooms. However, the decor, especially the carpet, could use an update. The breakfast area off the lobby is nice and well maintained, but just not big enough to accommodate many people.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn At the Pavilion.
I might recommend it to friends.

The suite layout was comfortable for our family. The breakfast buffet was generous but the seating was cramped. The lazy river kept us occupied for a long weekend.

This hotel made me feel content: We wanted a quiet New Year's weekend with a large suite for our family.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn At the Pavilion.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The lady at the front desk with was very inconsiderate, rude, and unfriendly. She insulted a co-worker right in front of me. The parking was a nightmare! We had four adults and two kids and only one parking pass with two cars! We had to pay $110 dollars to park a car for the week. The rooms looked much bigger on the picture displayed. Our suite was very narrow and with barely enough room!

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn At the Pavilion.
I would not recommend it to friends.
