Loved the hotel, even has the new Holiday Inn sign!!! Staff friendly. Food great. Came on the right night to watch the super bowl in the smokefree lounge while kids went swimming in heated indoor pool. Will definitely make this property my Asheville

Due to renovations and the lack of staff, the facility has difficulty meeting the needs of their guests. When we went, we were not able to check into our room until six o'clock despite the early afternoon check in times. The pool is tiny but indoors. Despite the horrid exterior and the dusty lobby, the rooms were in wonderful condition with seemingly new beds and furnishings.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Asheville - Biltmore West.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The location, the comfort and the service were all satisfactory. The restaurant with the breakfast buffet was very nice. Our toilet overflowed on the first day and they moved us to another room with no problem. I would recommend this hotel to others.

For the rate of the rooms, I expected a nicer lobby, pool, whirlpool and sauna. The room was extremely nice, but the lobby, pool and whirlpool area was old and outdated. The availability of an indoor pool was nice, but not very inviting.

to return to the Holiday Inn Asheville - Biltmore West.
I might recommend it to friends.

The breakfast buffet was terrible. There were no covers for the hot food, the top layer was cold and dried out. They were not keep filled and fresh. They had cold hard biscuits and then they wanted almost two dollars to bring me toast from the kitchen. I did not like the inside room looking out onto the lobby. I wanted to look out the window to see the weather. If you open the curtains you feel like you are on display to people in the lobby. I was considering this location for a next group trip but the unacceptable buffet ruled this location out.

Still under construction, nice staff

Mediocre
It may be nice again once they finish renovations.
There was a six-story scaffolding directly over the only handicapped parking at the front, with no temporary replacement evident. What's worse is it even blocked the only ramps onto...

Horrible
I come thou asheville a-lot, and I stay at hotels in asheville most of the time when I come thou. I will never in my life stay at this hotel again. The price was very high, and the staff and rooms didn't make up for the price.
