Good
We wanted a weekend away, we had a king bed in our room, wood floors, flat screen tv. Was very comfortable and nice. The pool was a little small but otherwise it was a nice stay.

It is a comfortable place to stay. The people are accommodating. The breakfasts are ok. The only complaint is they do not offer priority breakfast coupons on the weekend.

We had stayed at this Ann Arbor hotel several times, but after our most recent visit, never again! We stayed here on a Friday night before a Michigan football game. We had reservations for two nights, but decided drive home after the game Saturday since it was an early game. We cancelled our reservation prior to arrival and then again verified this before leaving Saturday morning. Lo and behold, four days later guess what has posted to my bank account? 128.52!
I called immediately, they apologized for their mistake and said that I would be credited immediately. No credit yet and now their mistake has so far cost me in overdrafts and NSF fees approx. $200.00. The say they are not responsible for those fees even though my bank gave me print out to send them showing that had they not fraudulently charged my card I would not have been charged any such fees. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. Do not give these people your credit card or debit card information!

The stay was part of a weeklong meeting. The staff messed up reservations and screwed up our bussing schedule and nearly everyone complained about billing errors.
