Smokey! Booked a Kids suite at a premium price. Friends warned us of the smoke problems, as they had stayed there earlier. Called the hotel well in advance to advise them of asthma problems in the family, and requested to be far away from the kitchen. Was assured there would be no problems. We were given a room on the 6th floor, and the smoke coming from the kitchen was awful. The Manager on duty was un-sympathetic and un-caring. Stayed away from the hotel as much as possible. Manager was un-sympathetic and un-caring, now, everything smells like BBQ smoke. Terrible experience!
