On one of the hand and body lotions that they had supplied was expired. We were at the hotel on 8/08/07-8/12/07 and expiration date on the lotion was 6/2007. That's ~2 months old. My daughter is very sensitive, so if she had used that lotion, she would of had a major case of redness/rashes. I know, because that happened somewhere else before.
The rugs were dirty. 9 big foot size black prints here and there like someone went into the room with extremely dirty shoes. The room smells fine, but they should of cleaned the rooms better.
The chairs near the pool were all dirty and worn. Normal wear is ok, but these chairs are way beyond that. Put a towel or newspaper on the chair before you sit on it or you're guaranteed to get some kind of rash.
No microwave or refigerator. They wanted to charge me $10 dollars a night for 4 nights to rent the microwave. That's a total of $40. I might as well drive(1 mile) down to Walmart and buy a microwave for $30 dollars. There were two nights where they didn't supply any new bath towels. I guess they ran out or something. So we had to use the small face towel to wipe our bodies. The room was very small and they only had one small table there and that is where I put my laptop and electronics. There were no other table for me to sit and eat at, so I ended up sitting on the bed or floor.
Service at the counter at check in and check out was pretty good. However, room service was average since there were two nights where we didn't get any new sets of bath towels. They only left us with 3 sets of face towels.
The air conditioner is one of the very cheap kinds that doesn't go by thermostat settings, so either it is on or off. My bed is near the air conditioner, so I would have to get up to turn the conditioner off before I go to sleep or else it's too noisy. And when it is off and gets too hot, I would have to get up and turn it back on.
The only good things was that we were able to walk to disneyland, which was about a mile away.
