It was comfortable, but I was unable to use any of the other features as it was not a long stay.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Alton.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location was perfect. All the other things were as expected.

The hotel has a good location, near Riverboat. It has a nice atrium and a nice bar.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Alton.

I had a bad experience at another hotel in the area. Holiday Inn took us in late one night after we switched hotels. We were very pleased with the facilities and staff. It's the top family hotel in Alton! I am a Priority Club member and have stayed in a lot of Holiday Inns. This is a top hotel for the chain.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We were made to feel wanted. We were treated well by all of the staff and received exceptional housekeeping services! Even the baby's stuffed animal was placed nicely in his crib.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Alton.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

50 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We had a problem with our car, and the hotel staff went out of their way to help us get the car fixed. We stayed 3 days. The staff and hotel were superb.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Alton.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
