Great hotel, great staff

37 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business

This hotel is older but the staff and condition are great. The people are what makes the difference because the staff has all been here for a long time and they are the friendliest people.

The rooms are clean and you never have to leave the hotel because everything on right here and the restaurant food is wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone coming to this area.

They have a nice Holidome, but the hotel desperately needs to be updated and remodeled.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Alpena.

The hotel has nice rooms, a great pool, a beautiful lobby and great service. I highly recommend it.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I liked the friendly staff and the comfortable room.
