My stay at the Holiday Inn hotel was fine. I did not encounter any problems. I stayed there because I was attending a seminar that was being held at this hotel. I did feel that the hotel was too expensive for what was offered.

Very nice, but the staff needs to be more envolved and more clean. When you order room service, you expect to have your food delivered by a curtious waiter, not a rude slob. The pool was great. The bathrooms smelt horrible when I walked in, luckly...

It is a wonderful place to stay. We were always able to use all of the conference rooms, as well as the large area by the pool for our weekend. The price was right and the food was wonderful!
The tables were set beautifully for all the meals and we felt like we were pampered.

I like that their hotels are similar so you know what to expect. I liked the free wireless network in Alexandria. I am a member of the frequent promotions club and I like the benefits offered.
I was given a room with a hot tub because they did not have a standard room and I did not have to pay extra.
