Had some major issues which reported to the home office. They responded quickly and acceptably. I do believe, however, there should have been a better response considering the amount of money we spent for 2 rooms for 3 nights.

Had some complaints and the parent company sent me some coupons. However, we had 2 rooms for 3 nights each and don't think the coupons really made up for the problems had. (wouldn't even cover the cost of 1 night's lodging). Also, did not gt specific.
