Holiday Inn Akron West Fairlawn Hotel

Found an empty pack of someone else's cigarettes under the table (in pretty much plain sight), handprints (not mine) on the mirror, no shower curtain, hardly any cleaning done. (Shudder.)

I liked the service. I also like that I can always count on the hotel being clean and I never have a problem with my reservation.

My experience was very typical.

The hotel was adequately equipped and it had a friendly staff. I felt very comfortable in my room and where it was located. I was able to easily get to my room with no interruptions.

Surprise, we got much more than we expected! Our Ohio trip to visit family became better. It's a clean hotel with nice employees. There's also the first class Hyde Park Grille attached to this hotel. We would stay again. Enjoy!
