Holiday Inn Airport Jacksonville Hotel

There were not enough computers in the business center and printing was only available from one line at the front desk. I requested extra towels and they never came. The pool closed at nine o'clock in the evening. There was no free breakfast.

The location is great, very close to the airport. The front desk was very helpful and recognized that as women we needed an interior room. I would recommend this hotel to others. It's clean, comfortable, and a good price.

This hotel made me feel respected: The front desk agent took the time to recognize our security needs, as women. With both inside and outside rooms, he made sure we were inside.

Everything was great.

The hotel was just as expected, convenient and close to the airport.

They offer good value for the money. I was content with the twenty four hour shuttle service available to and from the Jacksonville Airport.
