They take your money!

48 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We met our son & his family at this Holiday Inn. We booked & prepaid our rooms. Upon check-in, they made a copy of my Debit Card & my son's and we were told there would not be anything charged to it unless there were incidentals. There were NO INCIDENTLS!!! They charged our account and my son's $111.00 for NO REASON! When we got home & discovered it, my husband called them & they said they take the money for 3 days & then credit it back. They had already used my money for 2 weeks, since I paid early. We are going back in 2 weeks to take our granddaughters back & WE WILL NOT STAY THERE. This place is a ripoff!

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and the poolside were clean, comfortable and quiet. I loved it because it was near a donut shop.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Airport Gulfport.
I might recommend it to friends.

Other hotels should take note of how Holiday Inn Gulfport I-10 and US 49 (Airport) treats its guests.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Airport Gulfport.
