48 year old with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

This hotel made me feel Welcome: Very friendly staff during check-in, and when we needed directions, etc. The manager also called to apologize if the directions on the web site and map quest were wrong.

I am very likely to return to the Crowne Plaza Richmond West.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
