The health and fitness center offers a gymnasium, sauna, floodlit tennis court and temperature controlled swimming pool for both adults and children. This is not the most luxurious hotel in town, but is well located and reasonably well maintained. (MK 10/06) This traditional and white building is surrounded by residential and commercial buildings. The hotel is conveniently located in Al Kuwair, midway between Seeb International Airport (10 min) and the central business district. The hotel is in the vicinity of the ministries, diplomatic area, Natural History Museum (1km), National Sports Center (2km) and Oman Exhibition Center (12km).
