Holiday Hills Resort Golf Club Resort - Page 1

We just returned from our stay in Branson 3 days early. We were given a room when we first arrived that was a smoking room. It was terrible. We called the front desk to tell them that my daughter had allergies and would not be able to stay in the room. They were not very friendly. They told us to wait there and they would send housekeeping or might try to move us. I told the lady the the smell was too bad for my daughter to stay in the room and asked if she could call my cell phone when they decided if they could find another room. She took the number but was not very nice about it. We got another room but the rooms were in desperate need of updating. This room also had ash trays in it but did not smell nearly as bad as the first room. The comforters on the beds were worn out and very dirty and old looking as was the sofa. The televisions were very old and the one in the bedroom made a loud humming noise. We went through 3 coffe pots and never got one that worked properly. Glad to be home!!!!!
