When we arrived Christine in the lobby had no clue as to how to find our reservation. Kept repeating that we booked through a third party like I did something wrong. First of all I booked directly through their website which made no difference since she had no clue to what she was doing. Then after they finally made several phone calls they found us a room. It was the room that is directly linked to the elevator shaft and that is what we heard for 3 nights up and down. Also the room was nasty falling apart thin towels, holes in blankets, horrible pillows. I booked this room in December 07 for Jazz Fest first weekend in April 2008 and paid in full in December 07. The only good thing was the bell boy who treated us really nice. But forget the dumb butts at the front desk they don't have a clue and wouldn't if you did it for them. Will never stay here again and hope that whoever reads these reviews takes this into account it's the pits. Don't stay at this hotel!!!!!

The staff is incredibly rude, we found roaches and used condoms under the bed along with other trash. It looked as if the room had not been cleaned for years. Nasty awful place.

Terrible staff, they don't care.
They lost our reservation. I provided the printed reservation number. The front desk clerk, Rachelle, told me, "That's just a computer generated number. That doesn't mean anything." She eventually did me a great favor by finding me a room. It took over an hour to get checked in. We sat in the lobby listening to the front desk staff telling all the guests why they couldn't have what they wanted. I have no idea what was happening, but people were waiting over an hour to get their car out of the garage.
We had an 11:00 checkout time, so we went out for brunch in the morning. We got back to the room about 10:30 and they were cleaning the room. Since we weren't checked out yet, we went ahead and used the drinking glass and coffee cups. I told them at the front desk, but I'm sure that the next victim got to share the glasses and cups with us.
The staff is horrible. They don't care. The management can't get their reservations system to work. They don't care. They can't get your car back to you in a timely manner. They don't care.
Expect delays. Expect horrible service. Expect a poor experience.

I have stayed at this hotel 2 other times without much incident. I have had trouble with unclean restrooms. This time at check-in, they could not find our reservation. I had to call the reservation line myself. We had no bellman for checkout; after waiting for 20 mins, we were told he was not available. We also waited 1hr 15 mins for our car, while others got their cars without a problem (5mins). Finally, I had to walk to the parking lot w/the attendant to retrieve my own car. He did not speak English well. I was not pleased with my visit this time. It would have been better if the receptionist had appeared to be concerned. She did not say a word; no excuse, no I'm sorry, nothing...........I like the location but doubt I will stay at the hotel anymore.

Horrible
If you only have enough money to stay here, wait until you save more money. I was sent to a room that had people already in it. The second room had a bed taken apart. The staff did not know who was in what room or where the keys were for the rooms....

The room I was in, despite what the photos show, was tiny and run down. The service at the front desk was SLOW. It took me 20 minutes to check in and there was nobody ahead of me when I arrived!Rooms don't look anything like the website photos....
