This inn is such a shame , because of its great location , captiva , it could be nice . However the total lack of customer service , makes things such as noise and cleanliness seem worse. If you complain about anything , the innkeepers response is simply "Dont Stay Here" . So save your self the aggrivation and Dont Stay.
