I would recommend others to stay here. The cleaning crew is wonderful, Maria, Naomi, and Aracely. The front desk staff are very nice and welcoming, like Cason for example. The ambassador, Juan, is a pleasure to see as soon as you walk into the hotel. He is always cheerful everytime you see him. Thank you for making our stay there a welcoming one and very comfortable.

The location was very good. However, since they have changed the policy and no longer accept pets, my wife and I can no longer stay there on our pleasure trips. The parking fee for guests at the hotel is unusual and it has also increased. This is a definitely not in their favor.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hilton Wilmington Riverside.
I might recommend it to friends.

They had a wonderful bed, and a clean room and bathroom. Its an excellent hotel. The ambassador was wonderful! Its a good location and very comfortable. I had problem with getting a refrigerator I had requested prior to arrival, but one phone call to them and it appeared, thanks to the hotel ambassador representative. I will stay again next year when I go to the same conference and probably on vacation too. It was much better than my last stay there.
I enjoyed the amenities, the service from the valets, and the hotel ambassador.
I am very likely
to return to the Hilton Wilmington Riverside.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The room and the hotel were overall nice but not up to Hilton's standards. The cleaning staff did not clean the rooms well each day and the water temperature in the shower was so inconsistent that it was difficult to use at times. The pool was nice but not secured and people not staying at the hotel came and went.
I am not likely
to return to the Hilton Wilmington Riverside.
I would not recommend it to friends.
