It was a great location, only one block from the film festival. The room was smaller than expected.

I love the hospitality that I was given, and love the breakfast served to you in your room. I also love the high rise view from the room that I was provided with. The bed was very clean and comfortable, it was like I was in a mini vacation spot!

The ability to enter the facility when coming south on Route 29 was extremely difficult. The valet parking service was a bit less than expected with poor delivery and tardy service.

The food, service, transportation, rooms, (King Deluxe 12th floor) and location made this hotel a keeper.

The transportation could be handled better. They have a friendly staff. The management are college trained pros. The hot water was hot, even in the mornings. The morning buffet made a quick breakfast. Room service was on point.

I had issues with my billing, and no problems getting it straight. The heated pool/sauna was wonderful after my treadmill workout. Walking to the little mall, stores, etc, was easy. The Metro Train was an easy walk. Cab fare about $25 to $35 to the airport/downtown.

LA Fitness and Gold Gyms are very close. There’s a liquor store 100 ft from the entrance. No bums hanging out on the corner. This property lives up to the Hilton name.

It’s by far the cheapest of the three hotels in the area, which keeps us coming back. The rooms are very nice, though my colleagues have experienced maintenance and cleanliness problems at times. Their service is good; problems are handled professionally and quickly. It’s in a great location within an easy walk to shops and restaurants.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

I loved the extremely comfortable room. They quickly moved me to a quieter room because I am a very light sleeper. I appreciated the excellent Internet service.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk clerk was quick to accommodate my request for a different room. Friendliness was exhibited in answering questions.

Check-in was a fiasco. Afterwards, the front desk was very helpful and courteous throughout my stay; the front desk/bar manager was especially gracious. However, when I left the Hilton after two and a half months, it was without several items of jewelry, which, in my estimation, are irreplaceable for sentimental reasons. Room service was slow, and the quality of the food declined as my stay progressed. The hotel's location was within walking distance of the Metro.

The rooms were small: two double beds for four women and not much room to move around. They provided only three sets of towels initially. Breakfast each morning was lacking variety, there was no protein or fresh fruit.

I liked this hotel's good service and nice location.

I wish that you did not have to valet your car, it's an unanticipated expense. But what a great and convenient location, with stores nearby. However, I do question the safety at night.

It was a good hotel with excellent service, with redone beds, and near places to eat.

It was okay stay at this hotel. It's not the best in the DC area, just average.

I did have a service problem but it was handled quickly, efficiently, and in a friendly manner that took care of the issue and satisfied me.

For all of that money I expected a refrigerator. I also expected better pricing for internet service. $11.00 for one day of access is not reasonable.

Always a great place to stay. Clean rooms and a nice relaxed atmosphere.
