Check in was much too slow. There was no express line for Hilton Honors members. The bathroom toilet had trouble flushing properly.

It was all good. It was a high quality, enjoyable stay.

They ran out of toilet paper and they had no Kleenex.

The hotel was close to many attractions and returning home was not an issue because you could easily reach the Beltway to leave.

I’m always treated very well. The accommodations are very clean and comfortable.

The hotel was pretty much what we expected. Honestly I spent very little time there, I was out doing the tourist thing. It was located near many restaurants and the subway, so that was good.

I have stayed here for a week long conference every year, for the past 15 years. The only thing that has been renovated is the carpet in the lobby. The staff is extremely unprofessional and not helpful. I had my usual two bedroom suite reserved (and had the reservation print out with me). When I went to check in, they said that the reservation had been misplaced and a suite would not be available until the next day. No appology, no room comp, nothing. Not even free parking or a cocktail. The rooms are musty smelling as they don't have smoking/nonsmoking distinction for suites.

I would not stay here, if not for the conference. Sofitel across the street is much better!

This is my favorite place to stay in District of Columbia.

For me the location was very convenient. It was near many attractions and leaving District of Columbia and heading to home was easy.

This hotel made me feel content: I got in before the room check in time, but they got me right into a room immediately. Also, I asked for and received a room away from the elevator and other noise.

It was a beautiful building, well cleaned, but the staff was apathetic and listless.

Overall, they were very nice and helpful. The check in personnel was not very friendly when we asked about using our Hilton Honors card. The staff member was fairly rude about it. Otherwise, it was a very nice experience.

The hotel is a typical Hilton hotel. It is comfortable.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. The service and the value were excellent, overall. My only minor complaint was that the restaurant staff was often slow in bringing the bill.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The staff treated me like I was more than a customer. They helped me perform my best each day.

Though the hotel was a little difficult to find it was centrally located and once found easy to relocate. The hotel provided a quiet, comfortable place to stay and it was conveniently located for many attractions. Also, leaving the hotel and returning to home was easy since the hotel is not far from the major highways.

The rooms were nice, the staff was nice, and the food was good. The location was okay, but a little further from the Metro stop than I would have preferred.

This hotel made me feel welcome: When I walked in, the registration desk person immediately called me over with no wait. I told him I wanted a no smoking room in a quiet location, away from elevators and ice machines. He was able to accommodate my requests and he did so very quickly and pleasantly and efficiently.

The hotel is convenient, comfortable and the staff is efficient.
