The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was excellent. The location of the hotel was great. The only problem that I had staying there was that other guests at the hotel were very loud in the hallway outside my room at night.

This hotel made me feel content: I was extremely happy staying at the Hilton hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel made me feel important: I had a delivery compliments of the front desk, a birthday desert for my husband's sixty-fifth birthday, a nice surprise and unexpected.

The location is perfect to Downtown Disney. The valet parking has improved in the last four months. I love the bedding.

Good hotel ,but my child did not like it

after using the pool I ended up with sick for few days

Coffemakers - good tuch but ended up buying my own coffee

hair dryer - did not work

Children Pay-per-view movies just too bloody expencive

Room service - good

but no candy for my child under the pillow

ended up buying my own candys and put them under my child pillow.

What a great hotel we stayed in a Jr suite. Great location, very clean.

I called for the reservation and the girl on the desk was very sarcastic and not cooperative. I will use another hotel.

It was a good hotel and the service was good. It was nothing spectacular but it was very good all the same.

The Hilton at Walt Disney Resort is a fabulous hotel. It is located in the downtown Disney area within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping and nightclubs. We stayed in a King Jr. Suite on the Concierge Level. The room was outstanding with lots of room, a comfortable bed, and great bathroom amenities, including a sink and mirror outside of the general bathroom area. The hotel staff was exceptional, always willing to go the extra distance to make sure our stay was a good one. We will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to all of our friends and family. The only disappointment was with the hotel bar. It was on the smaller size and didn't lend itself to a sports atmosphere for which it advertises itself.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We were special guests of the hotel manager. A bottle of wine, as well as a cheese and fruit tray were awaiting us. We stayed on the concierge level, and the staff at the lounge area was very helpful & courteous. The lounge was always clean and pleasant to visit. The cookies each night were very tasty!

This was a very nice hotel. It was convenient to everything Disney. I especially liked the Magic Hours, where you could go to the park at different hours simply because I stayed at the Hilton.

I loved everything about the hotel, I found the hotel comfortable and relaxing. I had stayed in many different hotels in Florida and particularly in Lake Buena Vista. While this one cost more, I felt like I got a lot more for my money. The executive lounge was a wonderful secret bonus, and it was so great we are going back this year!

The beds were lovely, the staff was great, the hotel was very posh, I felt like I was in heaven, and it just made the best holiday even better.

I paid a great price for the room, but I thought it needed more lighting.

I was there over the fourth of July and with conventions and influx for Disney. The service was magnificent. The shuttle was slower then normal, but the heavy traffic explained this.

I enjoyed the efficiency of hotel check in and the perks of being an Honors member. The buses directly to Disney parks were a big plus. But the bigger plus was being able to get into parks early or late.
