Hilton Waco Hotel - Page 2

I made reservations for a suite as I was to conduct a business meeting in my room. They gave me a large room, but not a suite, and I had to have the members attending the meeting sit on my bed. The staff was completely unwilling to make any accommodations for inconveniencing me on this matter, nor were they willing to give me a discount. All this room had was a tiny table and two chairs, and this was a business suite. They did not give the discount offered to other members of the meeting I was attending, even though I had requested the discount when making my reservations. I will not stay there again, and recommend that others do not either.

I liked the very courteous employees who were very helpful and helped us a lot. They let us use a child's crib for my son who was not expected to go with us on the trip.

This hotel made me feel practical: They offered many modern conveniences and in-room movies. They let us check out over the phone.

The hotel was not up to par for a Hilton, it was just okay. Waco is a small town.

I thought the hotel was very nice. The bed and bedding were exceptional. The personnel were very pleasant and helpful. My stay there was pleasant.

There was a mistake made at my end, but the desk attendant corrected the problem in a very gracious and professional manner.

This hotel made me feel entertained: There was Fourth of July fireworks right in front of the hotel that night.

The employees are not familiar with offerings at the hotel or their use.

It was nice, but the staff seemed uninterested in guest questions.
