I had not problems with the Hotel itself, and in fact, it was beautiful! Nice plush rooms and nice atmosphere. My only complaint is that it's located in downtown Vancouver...which to someone who is not familiar with Vancouver, is less than...

It is a great place to stay. They make you feel like the hotel is your home away from home. The front desk is so helpful and friendly, plus they remember you and they call you by your name which make you feel very special.

The experience was fine. The room was clean and the bed and bedding was very comfortable. The amenities were adequate. The restaurant was out of bagels on a Sunday morning which is not good.
