40 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I loved the food, and the service was great. I ate at four restaurants while staying at this Hilton, and all of them were phenomenal. The golf course was difficult and fun, and I learned a lot from the tennis pros at this resort. AMAZING!!!

It was beautiful and had comfortable accommodations. The staff was extremely helpful, especially when I found a King snake in my room. They took exceptional care of me.

This hotel made me feel content: Everything I needed was available.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

There could be better signage when traveling from the airport to the property. It's kind of tucked away in the mountains and hard to find for first time visitors. It's a great property and has excellent food and staff.

This hotel made me feel welcome: My room wasn't ready upon arrival and the bellman took my bag to my room as I was in a meeting. That way I didn't have to go back to the front desk and that was nice.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Resort.
I might recommend it to friends.

33 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I requested an early check-in online. We arrived one hour before the normal check-in time. The employee at the front desk was rather curt and told me to come back after four PM, which was the normal check-in time and most likely my room, would be ready. When we returned an hour later, another employee helped us who were much friendlier and very helpful. Additionally, the hotel was having a special event for the guests with live music. Unfortunately, the music went rather late into the evening and our room was directly in the path of the speakers. Normally, we would have joined the party but we were traveling with our two-year-old who was trying to sleep.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The hotel had a great pool area with poolside food and drink service. The staff was friendly and helpful. I tried to schedule a last minute spa treatment. A spa employee returned my call promptly and offered to schedule me despite the spa being closed. Unfortunately, I could not make the time she was available.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Resort.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

72 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for business

The location was awesome. The cost was very high. My room could have been kept in better repair. The panel was falling off the cabinet. If my business did not use the Hilton, I would not for personal use.

This hotel made me feel respected: The employees were very polite and cheerful. They were very efficient at being helpful and accommodating.

I am not likely to return to the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Resort.
I would not recommend it to friends.
